texlive won't cast due to a bug in INSTALL, eliminated the line

fmtutil-sys --all

after casting texlive i run the offending line and all go well, latex is working, correct dvi file creation and correct reading of the dvi file from xdvi.

but jadetex won't find the file listed in the report
