They use git now:

http://libofx.git.sourceforge.net/git/gitweb-index.cgi

We should migrate spell to use git or removed SCM version.

I try to migrate spell to git but it failed to compile with git source... (I am attaching my changes)

I will wait a while if some one else tries to fix this otherwise I will remove cvs version.
