There is a flaw in zlib that created a large security hole. Is the patch applied in the SMGL distribution, so that we don't have to worry about that issue any more?

When you cast a Source Mage spell, you're getting the source directly from the main distribution site. Our grimoire maintainers update the spells when new versions of software are released. The zlib library has been updated in the grimoire, so if you do a sorcery update, you will get the latest version. However, as zlib is a linked part of many programs that you may already have compiled, you may want to do a sorcery rebuild after doing sorcery update. That will recompile all the software on your system, and ensure that all the latest libraries are being used.
